Afraid of injections? Try the Transderm, needle-free, anti-ageing therapy
We can deliver fast anti-ageing results using a fabulous therapy that is a real alternative to injections.
Transderm® Meso System will revitalise your skin leaving it more radiant, smooth, plump and glowing. Fine lines and pores will be reduced and the tone of your skin will improve.
This therapy is ideal for all skin types and works on the face, neck, chest and hands. It gives immediate, temporary results which makes it the perfect treatment to have before a special event. You can look your best in less than 45 minutes!
The treatment works in two steps:
- The skin is prepared using microdermabrasion to exfoliate the top layer of the skin to remove dead and damaged skin cells.
- Transdermal infusion of your chosen active products deep into the skin.
Your active products are massaged into your skin with a mechanical hand-held device that uses electrical pulses to aid penetration of the mesoderm or middle layer of the skin. It delivers active substances into the skin without any trauma or irritation.
Your specialist might recommend pharmaceutical serums such as vitamins, a dermal filler (Hyaluronic Acid) or Botulinum toxin for your treatment.
We can’t think of another treatment that delivers such fantastic immediate effects without injections.
Our Transderm Meso System costs £25 per treatment.
What is microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is an innovative and technologically advanced treatment which uses suction to gently lift the skin while exfoliating using finely ground corundum crystal flakes. It is not to be confused with dermabrasion procedures which are surgical, invasive procedures that typically require a local anaesthetic.
Is microdermabrasion an effective anti-ageing treatment?
Yes, it is a popular and effective anti-ageing treatment as it will reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and age spots, and give you skin that is smoother and has a more even tone.
Does microdermabrasion improve any skin conditions?
This treatment can help with many skin issues including:
Facial and body peeling
Problem skin (dry, oily or blemished)
When will I see improvements in my skin?
Your skin will look refreshed after the first treatment but clients usually require up to six treatment for optimum results. Microdermabrasion can have a recovery time of two days.
What happens during my microdermabrasion treatment?
You will be treated by one of our highly qualified professionals. During an hour-long treatment the area for treatment will be cleansed and analysed. The microdermabrasion will take approximately 20 minutes, followed by the application of an intense moisturising mask. Once your skin has been thoroughly rehydrated, the area will be gently massaged and a collagen serum applied followed by a moisturiser.
How many treatments will I need?
Optimum results are usually achieved after six treatments but the number of treatments you require will differ from person to person.

Does it hurt?
Most people say that microdermabrasion feels like a mild scratching sensation. Your skin may appear a little red immediately after the treatment but this should disappear within a few hours.
Will I have to protect my skin from the sun after microdermabrasion?
As qualified skin specialists we would always advise our clients to wear a high quality sunscreen with an SPF 30+. It is important that you avoid direct exposure to the sun for seven days after treatment. We also advise you to avoid wearing skin foundation or blushers on the day of your treatment.
How safe is microdermabrasion?

How much does it cost?
